I’ve heard Claudia Gray is writing a spin off series featuring the lovely Balthazar, who pops up briefly here to get tortured by Lucas’s slap happy buddies. Furthermore, the entire book was emotionally charged. Bianca and Lucas, on the run from the burned Evernight Academy, are hiding out with the Black Cross vampire hunting cell responsible for the destruction.

Was that too much? Another thing that bugged me throughout the entire series was Bianca’s POV on some things. I’ve never come across a character quite like him before and I love evernivht.
He sees in shades of gray instead of just black and white. When he returns to his tribe and tells them about it, the entire tribe go after Skye, led by Redgrave. After Stargazer, I was expecting to get shorted out on the wraith problem, by which I mean that I thought we’d get a kind of “wimpy” resolution. Aug 27, Elyzia rated it really liked it. It was so hard to watch how he dealt with that and how he felt about himself. Bad to the Bone. Balthazar – still clearly cares for Bianca and tries to save her from Black Cross when he gets captured.
