Food was pretty good, not really good, tried the Waegu steak, prefer ribeye, sides were overpriced. I had the filet mignon, very tasty. Are rooms with fixed grab bars for the shower and toilet available at this property?

Superb steak excellent sides gracious staff high praise for a fine feast on our last night in Vegas. Overall good food, service, nice atmosphere; however, corkage fee is outrageous – really. The entire experience here was incredible.
Sweet and crunchy, with a hint of richness from the ricotta, these inflated, plump vegetables are a celebration of freshness and act as a convincing argument in favor of holding out for optimum seasonal ripeness.
Overall 4 food 3 service 4 ambience 4. Best vvegas in Las Vegas. Although simple in construction, the intensity of the flavors derived from the high quality ingredients make the Scallops a truly memorable meal.

Previous Next 1 2 3 4. The Porchetta showcases the skills of the Craftsteak kitchen, blending a kind of Old World rusticity craftstdak culinary elegance. I dined alone, so they let you order half portions for the salads and sides. We will NOT go back. I couldn’t eat the steak or the mushrooms.
The wines selection has something for everyone by the glass, bottle or half-bottle. Each course had five dishes, so there was more than enough food.
Service for a large group was extraordinary. Ok for the price.
Everything was cooked pefectly. The Puree of Potatoes proves impossibly creamy, enriched by a generous helping of butter and olive oil to aid in the velvety texture. I will not try to eat at Craftsteak and will tell anyone and everyone of the sloppy way they do business. And the distorted pictures of cows as decor evgas disturbing at best. The service was great and we overall enjoyed our meal Too many tables which do not allow for any private conversations. We all agree that Craftsteak is incredible, and plan on visintg again then ext time we have a meeting in Las Vegas.

While the flavors of the Porchetta are deep and almost wintry, the thin-sliced presentation manages to infuse the dish with an extraordinary lightness. Does this property have a restaurant with braille menu or QR codes for guests with visual impairments?
There was sauce in the pan that the steaks were delivered in, and we redipped our meat in it after we cut off pieces to eat. Food made up for lack of good service. Expect craftstaek pay a decent amount but it is truly worth the price. Our Steak was overcooked and cold, maybe luke warm, and cravtsteak lobster tail wasn’t worth eating. So, food overall was good, presentation was lacking however.
We chose the Wagyu Beef craftzteak selection where the chef presents four selections of appetizers, desserts and selects the vegetable, potatoe and mushroom to complement the steaks. Once seated service and food was perfection! I realize this is not a Classic French restaurant but perhaps the tasting menus should be left to them.

Rates can vary widely by room type and season. The service is above reproach and the food is even better than you expect it to be.
Dined on November 23, It was an incredible experience. If you are considering a visit to Craftsteak, think no more. While this famous steakhouse offers mainstays like Kobe beef, specialties also include veal, salmon, lobster, and farmer’s market vegetables.
Overall a great visit. Food was craftstexk die for!
