This book is great for understanding filters, matching, and low power amplifiers. RF circuit design is now more important than ever as we deskgn ourselves in an increasingly wireless world.

The previous comments regarding “outdated” are, in my opinion, misguided since the focus of this book is more on the fundamentals and foundation of RF circuit design which HAS NOT changed since the first edition of the book was written.
While some of the circuits described are presented in a cook-book fashion, there are lots of details about how and why they work.
