I’m not sure what it lacked exactly, because when I try to nail it down, no one specific component felt lacking, but overall there was definitely something missing, keeping this book just short of perfection. A Girl and Her Wolf. Kermit is entering his 30th year of teaching, and he’s already put in for early retirement. I open to either sci fi or romance so I’ve gotta think that’s a good sign.

A man beats up another, osterlind it happens “off screen”- we see the end result, but not the fight. With this cover I doubt I’ll ever convince a boy to read it, though there are some halfway decent space chases and such. How to write a great review.
